  • Free shipping within NCR (National Capital Region).
  • For deliveries outside NCR, standard courier rates will apply.

Return & Refund Policy

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Shipping fees (if any) for returns will be shouldered by the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Warranty Policy

  • All products come with a 1-year warranty covering factory defects and malfunctions under normal use.
  • Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
